Can someone give me a workout schedule I could fallow to lower body fat %?

1. I need a workout plan like when I should workout and what days
2. I need a meal plan I could fallow that would help lower body fat percentage to

I am 5'9" and weight 190 pounds and am 18% body fat I want to get to 8% so if you could help me I would be ever gratefull!
